We're Hiring: Investment Compliance Analyst

Location: Navi Mumbai We are looking for an experienced Investment Compliance Analyst to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in investment compliance, portfolio compliance, or investment operations who are passionate about regulatory compliance, portfolio monitoring, and capital markets. Key Responsibilities:

Investigate compliance exceptions based on portfolio strategy and investment guideline rules.

Collaborate with technology and upstream teams to troubleshoot compliance guideline rule exceptions and provide clear validation commentary.

Support testing and implementation of compliance rule changes related to derivatives, CFTC regulations, IRC, concentration limits, and other investment restrictions.

Ensure timely resolution of compliance issues while communicating risks and escalations to stakeholders.

Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Technology, Client Service, and Client Management teams to support project delivery and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–8 years of experience in Investment Compliance,



Portfolio Compliance, Compliance Reporting, or Investment Operations.

Solid understanding of investment restrictions, regulatory compliance, and portfolio monitoring.

Experience interpreting client mandates, Investment Management Agreements (IMAs), prospectuses, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with compliance platforms such as Charles River, Sentinel, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, or similar tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Profile

Experience supporting compliance remediation, regulatory change, platform migration, or transformation initiatives.

Ability to work independently and deliver results within challenging project timelines.
