At StarterSky, we help ambitious students (ages 13–22) build startups, passion projects, and real-world experience through entrepreneurship programs and mentorship.

We're looking for an Internship Program Lead to build and run our internship vertical - connecting students with exciting startups and companies while ensuring every placement is meaningful and well-executed.

What you will do

Build partnerships with startups and companies for internship opportunities.

Own the outreach pipeline - from first conversation to signed partnership.

Match students to internships based on their interests, skills, and goals.

Manage onboarding, documentation, and placement logistics.

Tracking outcomes — monitoring how placements are going, collecting feedback from students and companies, and maintaining a explicit record of completion rates and results.





Coordinating with mentors — keeping the operational connective tissue working between placed students and their mentors (schedules, logistics, handoffs). Has 2-4 years of experience in operations, partnerships, business development, recruitment, or program management (or is an exceptional recent graduate with strong leadership experience).

Is highly organised and loves building systems and processes. Confident communicator who isn't afraid of cold outreach — calling or emailing a company HR contact or founder to pitch a partnership.

Self-starter who can run independently with a direct line to the founder rather than a large team around them.

Genuinely interested in education, youth development, or early-career/internship ecosystems.

Bonus: existing network in Mumbai's startup/company ecosystem, or prior experience running partnerships or internship programs.
