- Destination Knowledge, Booking Management, Multi-tasking and Time Management
- Confident with a genuine interest in customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely delivery of tickets and necessary travel documents to clients
- Provide expert advice to clients on travel arrangements, including visas and passports
