Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Business Development Manager to drive global sales and expand our international customer base for metal casting, forging, machined, and engineering components. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in export marketing, international client acquisition, and business development within the engineering manufacturing industry.

- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities in Europe, USA, Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, trade portals, email campaigns, exhibitions, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, distributors, and industrial buyers.
- Handle complete export sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Conduct online meetings and technical discussions with overseas clients.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Develop strategies to increase export sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Participate in international trade fairs and business development events.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging market opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly sales reports.
- Required Skills
- Strong international business development and export sales experience.
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, LC,



shipping procedures, and international trade practices.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and B2B portals such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, Global Sources, etc.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Self-motivated with strong client relationship management skills.
