Urgent Hiring – International Non-Voice Process (Work From Office)

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time (6-Month Contract)

Job Role

As an International Non-Voice Associate, you will support global customers through chat and email. Your responsibilities include:

- Respond to customer queries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle multiple customer interactions while meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security standards.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th Pass or Above.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates with 1 year or more of Customer Support experience are also eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Salary

Freshers

- CTC: 3.2 LPA (26,000/month)
- Take-Home: 21,000/month

1 Year Experience

- CTC: 3.8 LPA (31,500/month)
- Take-Home: 27,000/month

2 Years Experience

- CTC: 4.2 LPA (35,000/month)
- Take-Home: 30,000/month
