A Noida-based international BPO is hiring Customer Care Executives for its International Customer Care & Voice Process. Executives will handle international customers across voice, email, and chat, ensuring a high standard of service on every interaction. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries over calls, emails, and chat, and resolve them professionally within the expected turnaround time

- Share accurate product and service information based on customer needs

- Ensure a solid focus on customer satisfaction throughout every interaction

- Escalate complex issues to seniors or supervisors with proper context

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM

Requirements

- Graduate or Undergraduate, any stream

- Minimum Six Months experienced candidates may apply

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Basic computer knowledge
