Role Description The International Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in South Delhi. This role focuses on expanding Tracker Suite’s presence in international markets by analyzing new regions, identifying partnerships, and supporting go-to-market strategies. The specialist will conduct market and policy research, evaluate opportunities across sectors and geographies, and help adapt the platform to diverse business environments.





Daily responsibilities include managing international projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports and proposals, and tracking progress against development objectives. The role also involves monitoring global trends, contributing to strategic planning, and ensuring that international initiatives align with organizational goals and client needs.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in International Development and International Business, with the ability to apply global market knowledge to technology-driven solutions.

Proficient Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess markets, interpret data, and generate actionable insights for international expansion.

Demonstrated Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multi-country or multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.

Experience working with or within SaaS, tech platforms, or SME-focused solutions is an advantage.

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across cultures and time zones, and to work effectively in an on-site environment.

Master’s degree in International Relations, Business, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
