: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused International BPO Executive to join our voice process team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an international BPO environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a qualified manner. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Escalate complex issues to senior managers when required. Support team leads in achieving process goals and service levels. Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.





Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
