Job Title: Finance Systems Analyst

The Finance Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration and support of the applications used by Work Dynamics finance teams in EMEA. This role will include liaising with Client Finance Managers, their client teams and the Central Team on the system related matters and to resolve queries. Also liaising with Finance Systems Manager with regard to ongoing Client Finance maintenance and new client transitions.

Responsibilities

- JDEdwards E1 for EMEA system administrator supporting following processes & Setups: Month End Close, Setting Up Approval routes, Payee Change Control, Closing Down Companies, Updating Currency Exchange Rates, Balance Restatement Rates Set up, ASC606 mapping, Bank Account setups, Alt Chart Maintenance, New Company & BU Set Ups, Tax Rate Additions, CoA Setup & Maintenance
- Raising Service Now requests in order to solve system issues or request desired Setups
- Support EMEA finance groups with system related issues: E1 error message queries, PO & Invoice Queries, User Access Issues




- Lisising with Client Teams, Central Team and Corporate Finance with regard to Reporting
- Other ad hoc tasks required by Finance Systems Manager

Experience/Skills

- Superuser experience of JDEdwards E1
- Ability to quickly understand systems and process flows
- Accounting knowledge in complex businesses (CIMA, ACCA)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analytical ability

Competencies

- Real Estate or Facilities Management knowledge
- ERP system knowledge
- Motivated and adaptable in approach to work
- Self - supporting and diligent
- Ability to learn quickly, and desire to develop
- Strong organisational skills
