Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month end closing activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Ensure compliance with SAP systems and processes related to RTR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in RTR processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation of RTR procedures and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR) or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com).
- Solid knowledge of SAP systems and General Ledger Accounting principles.
- Experience with Month End Closing, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
