- Patient Monitoring: Conduct regular ward rounds, record vital signs, assess patient progress, and implement treatment plans as directed by senior specialists.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first responder for acute medical crises, sudden complications, or trauma cases within the facility.
- Pre & Post-Operative Care: Prepare patients for surgery, obtain informed consent, review lab reports, and monitor patients recovering from operations.
- Coordination & Documentation: Maintain detailed medical records, write daily progress notes, and draft discharge summaries. Communicate frequently with consultants to provide updates on patient conditions
