About the Opportunity

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for a leading global customer experience and business process management organization. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through Voice support channels.
- Resolve customer concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach while handling multiple interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

Education-Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of customer support or BPO experience may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.




- Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Freshers

- Total Package: 30,000 per month
- Fixed CTC: 27,000
- Performance Incentive (PLI): 3,000

Experienced Candidates (1 Year Experience)

- Total Package: 32,000 per month
- Fixed CTC: 28,800
- Performance Incentive (PLI): 3,200

Work Schedule

- 5 Days Working
- Rotational Weekly Offs
- 9.5 Hours Shift (Including Breaks)
- Work From Office
