The Principal Associate plays a key role responsible for managing all aspects of an assigned portfolio of multifamily agency loans, with primary focus on monitoring risk while providing exceptional customer service. This position will be a member of the Agency Finance Asset Management team.

Responsibilities:

Must Have Skill

- Analyze financial statements and property operating statements
- Review property inspections
- Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements
- Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring.

Valuable to have Skill

- Review reserve draws
- Process lender consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements
- Manage client loans while enforcing loan document/lender requirements
- Prepare loan and portfolio level status report.

Shift: Night shift (US shift timing) & work from office for 5 days.
