We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Human Resources Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA integrations, and HR business processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP HR solutions to meet business requirements and ensure seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules such as:
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll
- Personnel Development (PD)
- ESS/MSS

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.




- Design and implement HR process improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams for integration with:

- SAP Finance (FI)
- SAP Controlling (CO)
- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP Fiori Applications

- Perform system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide production support and troubleshoot complex SAP HR issues.
- Create functional specifications and support technical development teams.
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management.
- Knowledge of HR master data, organizational structures, and payroll processing.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and workflow solutions.
- Understanding of integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and statutory compliance.
- Experience with data migration, testing, and support activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
