- Drive external/ internal sales activities in alignment with organizational revenue and growth objectives, in close coordination with the Head C&I; Business Development.
- Lead client engagement through meetings, site visits, and onground interactions to drive conversions and strengthen longterm relationships.
- Take endtoend ownership of deal execution, from client acquisition and proposal presentation to commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with technical and ficial modelling teams to develop customized proposals and competitive commercial offerings tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, manage the deal pipeline, and provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to foster strategic relationships with key decisionmakers across industrial and corporate client segments.
- Guide and Support manager BD with all the required inputs, study, documentation, market information, regulatory risks, commercial understanding timely for proposal submission,

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proven expertise in business development within the corporate PPA space,



including captive and open access structures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and dealclosing capabilities.
- Indepth understanding of project economics, regulatory frameworks, and client returnoninvestment (ROI) considerations.
- Selfdriven and outcomeoriented, with the ability to independently manage and close highvalue transactions.
- Solid team management and leadership skills, with a clear focus on performance delivery.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements, site assessments, and business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in sales within the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closing multimegawatt renewable energy projects.
