Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in hiring for Banking, IT, and Non-IT/Industrial roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing client requirements. The candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of working in a quick-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking, IT, and Industrial/Manufacturing positions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation,



and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or staffing organization.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for Banking, IT, and Industrial/Manufacturing domains.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
