- Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary:

- Freshers: 17,000/month
- 1+ Year Experience: Up to 23,000/month
- 2+ Years Experience: Up to 30,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries related to CIBIL reports and credit score.
- Assist customers with account-related concerns and provide accurate information.
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the system.
