Job title : Intern – Wealth Products Operations

Location: Chennai

Duration: 6 months

Stipend : 15,000 per month (conversion to fulltime will be based on your performance and available open positions)

About the Role

We are building a next-generation Wealth Operating System that simplifies how investors access and manage wealth products. As an Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily lifecycle of our wealth offerings—from Bonds and G-Secs to Mutual Funds and NCDs. You will support the team in ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance,



gaining hands-on experience in the fintech and capital markets ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Support (Wealth Products):

- Assist the team in day-to-day operations for various wealth products, including Mutual Funds, NCDs, and Bonds.
- Support the settlement process for client securities, ensuring timely and accurate trade execution.
- Maintain accurate records of operational workflows and assist in monitoring product-specific transaction pipelines.

2. Compliance & Documentation:

- Support the operations team in maintaining rigorous adherence to SEBI regulatory guidelines for all wealth products.
- Assist in documentation, data collation, and verification for KYC and investor onboarding processes.
- Help prepare and maintain MIS reports required for internal tracking and regulatory audits.

3. Product Intelligence & Reporting:

- Support the team in gathering data for market/industry analysis, helping track key operational metrics.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for platform enhancements and support the team in logging and tracking platform issues.
- Help maintain updated product masters and document repositories for Bonds, NCDs, and MF schemes.

Requirements

- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, B.Com, BBA, MBA Finance Economics, or related fields.
- Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Indian capital markets (Bonds, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income concepts).
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Google Sheets) is essential.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset: A fast learner with a "hustler" attitude, comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic team structure.
