Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bagru, intended for candidates who can conveniently commute from nearby areas such as Vasai and Andheri.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed layouts, and preparing design presentations aligned with client requirements and project constraints. Daily tasks include space planning, selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of design intent. The role also involves reviewing construction drawings,



conducting site visits, monitoring progress, and addressing design-related issues during implementation.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, maintain documentation, and adhere to timelines, quality standards, and budget guidelines.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 year experience is required
- Candidates should possess strong space planning and interior design skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of architecture and construction drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and ensure accurate implementation.
- Candidates should possess experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and vendor coordination.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic project documentation skills.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with prior in office project experience, will be beneficial.
