Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Design Consultant role based in Bengaluru, with compensation up to 6 LPA.

The Interior Design

Consultant will meet and consult with clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget. The role involves developing design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans, and recommending suitable furniture, materials, finishes, and accessories. The consultant will coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution and maintain quality standards.

Daily responsibilities also include presenting design proposals, handling client queries, supporting sales conversions,



and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to clearly present design ideas and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, handle feedback, and deliver a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should possess Interior Design skills, including space planning, color theory, material selection, and knowledge of current design trends.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead conversion, explain service offerings, and contribute to revenue growth.

Candidates should possess Furniture-related knowledge, including furniture styles, measurements, ergonomics, and placement for functional and aesthetic layouts.

Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software) and basic MS Office skills is beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
