Role Description The Interior Design Consultant will work full time on-site at NoBroker.com’s Bengaluru location, collaborating with customers to plan and execute interior design solutions for homes and apartments. The role involves understanding client requirements, developing design concepts, selecting furniture and finishes, and creating layouts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget.

The consultant will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture,



fixtures, and décor. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, presenting design options, and providing after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction. The role also includes contributing to sales targets by recommending suitable interior packages and promoting NoBroker.com’s home and interior services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and deliver a high-quality experience.
- Candidates should possess Interior Design and Furniture knowledge to create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces and suggest appropriate products.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, present design solutions effectively, and support revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with current interior trends and materials.
- Candidates should possess the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with vendors, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field, along with prior experience in residential interior projects, will be beneficial.
