Job Title: Interior CAE Analyst

Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 4 - 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 90 Days

Qualifications: BE/B.TECH/ME/M.Tech

Skills Required: Ansa, Hypermesh, Ls-dyna,Interior automotive, Interior Trims

:

- Expertise in Ls-Dyna Exposure to automotive interiors

•The position requires an experienced Interior Trim analyst with expertise in supporting all hard trim / soft trim / Door trim /IP trim analysis for product development and evaluations for design release.Responsible for Interiors Analysis support to day-to-day CAE requests.
- Setup Interiors model for the respective analysis requirements.
- Interiors Safety analysis experience is an added advantage
- Should be expertise in the plastic modelling techniques connections.




- Should be expertise in plastic material card selection and have the basic pre-requisites material terminologies
- Responsible of handling the standard and non-standard load cases on the trims as per the customer inputs.
- Competent in the pre-requisites of the solvers in Ls-Dyna and Nastran.
- Capable of debugging the analysis model irrespective of the solvers and to identify the root cause of the issues.
