About the Role : We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing insurance sales team. The role involves selling motor insurance (Two-Wheeler, Four-Wheeler, and Tractor Insurance) over calls and generating additional revenue through cross-selling Health and Life Insurance policies. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have strong persuasion skills, and are driven by incentives, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contact existing and prospective customers through outbound calls. Renew and sell Two-Wheeler, Four-Wheeler, and Tractor Insurance policies.

- Identify customer needs and cross-sell Health and Life Insurance products.

- Explain policy features, perks, and pricing clearly.





- Follow up with interested customers until policy issuance.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/calling systems.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Ensure high-quality customer service and regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant tele-sales experience may also apply).

- 06 months - 1 year of experience in tele sales, insurance sales, banking, BFSI, or customer sales.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
