Role Description The Instructor & Mentor EDU Tech (Software Development and AI) role is a full-time remote position focused on teaching and guiding learners in software development and artificial intelligence. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering live online training sessions, creating and updating learning materials, and designing practical exercises, projects, and assessments. The role involves mentoring learners individually and in small groups, providing feedback on assignments and code, and supporting their career development.

The instructor collaborates with the team to improve training programs, align content with industry standards, and integrate real-world use cases.



The role also requires clear communication with learners, tracking their progress, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning setting.

Qualifications

Ability to deliver effective technical training and experience as a Technical Trainer in software development and AI.

Strong skills in Training & Development, including curriculum design, learner engagement, and assessment.

Experience in structured Technical Training programs, bootcamps, or corporate learning initiatives.

Excellent Communication and Training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Hands-on experience in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar languages) and practical understanding of AI/ML concepts.

Familiarity with online teaching tools, learning management systems, and remote collaboration platforms.

Demonstrated mentoring or coaching experience, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Industry certifications in software development, AI/ML, or education technology are an advantage.
