Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive — US Construction Services (Night Shift)

About Company

We provide pre-construction services — Concrete and Rebar estimating, rebar shop drawings, safety drawings, and framing estimation — to general contractors and subcontractors across New York and the Northeast US. We're a young firm with live US clients, building our outbound function from scratch. You'd be the first person in this seat, reporting directly to the founder.

This is a prospecting and meeting-booking role, not a closing role. You find the right people and get them on a call. The founder joins every call and handles the technical and commercial side. Your job is pipeline — done well, it's the engine the whole company grows on.

What you'll do

Build targeted prospect lists of US general contractors, concrete subs, and framing subs across NY, NJ, CT, and MA using Apollo, and other contact sources

Run daily email and LinkedIn outreach (30–40 touches/day) to estimators, project managers, and owners





Book qualified intro calls with decision-makers and hand off cleanly to the founder

Log every touch Notion — if it isn't logged, it didn't happen

Post 2–3x/week on the company LinkedIn page and keep website copy current

What we need

2–4 years in outbound sales or lead generation into US, Canada, UK, UAE, or Australian markets

Written English strong enough to email a US project manager with no one reviewing it first — this is the hard filter

Comfortable with volume and rejection: 30–40 touches a day, not 5

CRM discipline

Willing to work 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, on-site/Hybrid in Hyderabad

Not required: construction background. We'll teach you what a rebar shop drawing is in your first two weeks.
