- Own the payments product strategy and roadmap.
- Have solid knowledge of payment systems (SWIFT, Lynx, CHIPS, Fedwire).
- Understand ISO 20022 and payment messaging standards.
- Lead payment modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage product backlogs.
- Design and improve business processes and operating models.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
