Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend outfits, accessories, and styling solutions.
- Assist clients in selecting garments based on occasion, body type, and current fashion trends.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with loyal customers.
- Follow up with clients regarding new collections, festive launches, and special promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, alterations, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally.




- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product displays.
- Manage inventory on the shop floor and coordinate with the stock team.
