Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope documents.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
- Manage client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Track material consumption and prepare variance reports.
- Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation.
- Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–10 years of experience in quantity surveying (infrastructure/civil projects preferred).
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing processes.




- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
- Understanding of construction contracts and tendering procedures.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
