The Territory Sales Manager Admixtures will be responsible for driving sales and business development across the assigned territory by promoting the company's concrete admixture solutions to Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) manufacturers, infrastructure projects, contractors, builders, precast manufacturers, and channel partners. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, ensuring timely collections, and providing technical sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop business with RMC plants, infrastructure projects, contractors, and builders.
- Identify and convert current business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and consultants.




- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials.
- Coordinate with the Technical Services team for customer support and product approvals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and MIS reports.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Chemical preferred) or Graduate with relevant industry experience.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience

- 5–8 years in Construction Chemicals, Admixtures, RMC, Cement, or Building Materials sales.

Should know local language.
