Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
