Required Qualification & Skills:-

- Educational Requirements: Bachelor Of Commerce
- Work Experience: 1-2 Years
- Strong customer orientation
- Transparent written & oral communication/customer service skills with external as well as internal customers
- Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
- Experienced working on ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Ability to interact with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Sales Ops, etc.
- Test script execution & documentation
- Process documentation
- Requirement gathering and documentation

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Front-line interaction with Sales, Legal, and Commercial Finance users
- Adaptability – ability to priortize cases
- Interaction with cross funcitonal departments (Order Managment, SKU Team, Asset Management, and Account Managment)
- Test script execution & documentation
- Process documentation




- Sound analytical & interpersonal skills Experienced working on ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Experienced working on ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Provide subject matter support for complex issues
- Address require training needs for filling knowledge gaps
- Do complex reporting
