Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for positions at client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, drafting job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and maintaining accurate candidate records.

The role involves building and nurturing talent pipelines, leveraging job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage qualified IT professionals. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide market insights, manage interview scheduling, and support offer negotiation and onboarding processes.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring regular interaction with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Experience in IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in software development, infrastructure, and other technology roles.
- Strong skills in using job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage talent.
- Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess technical and behavioral fit, and coordinate with technical panels for evaluations.
- Knowledge of current IT trends, common tech stacks, and role-specific requirements (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps, cloud, data, and support roles).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and client teams.
- Detail-oriented approach to maintaining recruitment reports, candidate databases, and compliance with company and client processes.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring targets and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in Human Resources, Business, or related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a staffing agency or consulting environment is preferred; exposure to Bengaluru and Indian IT talent markets is beneficial.
