Industry: D2C Skincare / Beauty

Location: On-site

· 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, script writing, performance creative, or UGC scripting.

· Experience working with D2C brands, preferably in skincare, beauty, or personal care.

Key Responsibilities

· Researching and identifying potential influencers in the beauty and skincare industry

· ⁠Developing and managing influencer partnerships and collaborations

· ⁠Overseeing the creation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns

· ⁠Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns - from brief to publish to performance report.





· ⁠Addressing influencers' concerns and maintaining positive relationships

· ⁠Write clear, inspiring content briefs and manage creator deliverables, timelines, and approvals.

· ⁠Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

· ⁠Come up with strong creative concepts, campaign ideas, hooks, and content angles

· ⁠Identify what type of concept or storytelling approach can drive the overall campaign strategy

· ⁠Develop content ideas and write and curate content

· ⁠Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users

· ⁠Brainstorm recent, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

· ⁠Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers

· ⁠Negotiate creator pricing and manage influencer budgets with a sharp eye on spend efficiency.

⁠Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and brand teams to ensure every campaign lands on- brief and on-brand.
