Role Overview:
Looking for an execution-driven AM to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning to performance tracking, while ensuring smooth coordination and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute monthly influencer campaigns (plan before 20th)
- Scout, onboard & manage influencers
- Ensure timely delivery of content (concepts, scripts, execution)
- Achieve CPV with robust performance
- Collaborate with Brand, Category, Marketplace & Website teams
- Maintain tracking sheets (updated M/W/F) with high data accuracy
- Manage influencer contracts & payments
- Analyze campaign performance & track competitor activities
- Conduct customer calls for insights
- Explore new tools/resources for efficiency
- Timely campaign planning & execution
- Accurate reporting & sheet hygiene
- Smooth cross-team collaboration
- On-time payments & contracts
- Actionable insights & customer feedback
