Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, onboard, and manage Malayalam-speaking influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, barter deals, and paid partnerships.
- Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, and timelines with influencers.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content quality.
- Ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.
- Stay updated on Malayalam social media trends, creators, and digital marketing practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives and brand goals.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (Read, Write, and Speak). Others Kindly ignore.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
