You'll drive influencer strategy for a large-scale, multi-SKU launch, working across micro to macro creators and shaping a truly pan-India narrative.

Requirements What you'll own

- End-to-end influencer strategy & execution
- A strong mix of micro, macro & regional creators
- Build and manage a diverse creator network across North, South, East & West India
- Collaborate with agencies and review content before it goes live
- Track performance: reach, engagement, and conversions

We're looking for someone who:
- Has 1-2 years of hands-on experience in beauty, UGC, or dermat influencer campaigns
- Comes with a strong creator network across India (not just one region)
- Understands regional nuances, language, and audience behavior
- Is both strategic and execution-focused
