Roles and Responsibilities :

- Managed procurement portfolios with an annual spend of INR 500 Cr+, ensuring effective cost optimization and value delivery across categories.

- Led commercial negotiations involving pricing, payment terms, contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and e-auctions to achieve significant cost savings and improved supplier performance.

- Solid expertise in vendor evaluation, selection, development, and performance management to build a reliable and competitive supplier base.

- Proven experience in supplier consolidation, spend rationalization, and procurement transformation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and governance.

- Demonstrated capability in driving Value Engineering (VE) initiatives to optimize product and service costs without compromising quality and operational requirements.

- Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring continuous supplier improvement.

- Proficient in leveraging procurement analytics for spend analysis, sourcing strategies,



cost reduction, and data-driven decision-making.

- Hands-on experience in procurement and contract management across CAPEX, OPEX, MRO, and AMC categories.

- Expertise in sourcing and managing Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Fabrication, and Project Contracts, including end-to-end procurement lifecycle management.

- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, contract governance, risk mitigation, compliance management, and stakeholder engagement across the above-mentioned categories.

Job Requirements :

- 15-22 years of experience in indirect procurement or a related field (e.g., MRO).

- Strong understanding of AM/C (Asset Management Cost) analysis and OPEX/CAPEX budgeting processes.

- Proven track record in managing complex contracts from initiation to execution.

- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

- Willingness to work 6 days a week with alternate Saturday off.
