- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)



mandatory; MBA in Finance or equivalent
- 18 to 25+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and business leadership roles.
- Extensive experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, EPC, large-scale projects, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of leading and developing large finance teams and organizations.
- Strong experience managing the financial aspects of multi-site manufacturing operations.
- Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance management.
- Strong expertise in financial governance, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and support strategic business decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
