This role demands a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Responsibilities: Job Position Title: IN||Senior Associate II Application Support || IT Security ||IFS|| PAN India s a Senior Project Manager in our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen through the following accountabilities: Develop project management plans, scope, objectives and timelines. Define project governance and structure. Manage dependencies and activities. Manage project budgets and resources. Lead project teams and assign tasks. Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders and/or lead steering committees. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and remove roadblocks for the team. Lead a project team of 5 20+ technical exp Mandatory skill sets: Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.



Proficiency and certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA). Understanding of risk management and quality assurance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong financial and business acumen.

Management of a large budget and project teams. A seasoned and senior expert who can lead the delivery of results through others and provide advice vertically and horizontally. Ability to solve complex business problems with minimal guidance provided A Team Leader who leads individual contributors who are experienced technical experts and/or leads medium sized operational teams (team size of 5-20+ people).

You can form annual prioritisation of work for yourself and team, support of the broader BU agenda. Ability to lead a number of large projects with broad impact. Ability to influences others to support long term strategic objectives at a Business and BU level.

Ability to manage a budget and monitor spend for your area.
