Job Summary

At PwC, our people in finance consulting specialise in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. In operating model and organisation design at PwC, you will focus on helping clients optimise their finance function and organisational structure. You will analyse current finance operating models, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design and implement solutions to enhance finance processes, roles, and responsibilities. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on finance transformation initiatives, change management, and talent development to align the finance function with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Manage and deliver projects
- Possess strong business understanding with linkage of finance to other parts of the eco-system like sales and commercial, procurement, supply chain, and HR
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities
- Lead and manage large teams of finance professionals
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback




- 6-8 Years of experience with at least 6 years relevant to JD

Education

Education BE/CA/MBA Degrees/Field of Study required: Chartered Accountant Diploma, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering
