Job Description Business Analyst | QA & Automation Engineer | L1 Application Support

Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Summary

a versatile skilled with experience in Business Analysis, Manual & Automation Testing, and L1 Application Support. The candidate will work closely with business users, development teams to gather requirements, ensure application quality, and provide production support while meeting SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to clarify requirements.
- Support UAT and change request management.

Manual & Automation Testing

- Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain Selenium automation scripts (Java/TestNG).
- Log, track,



and verify defects.

L1 Application Support

- Log and manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using tools like Azure Devops/JIRA.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and business users to ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Monitor ticket status, provide user updates, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly support reports.
- Assist in production issue analysis, deployment validation, and application health checks.
