We are looking for a Customer Success & Billing Specialist to manage client onboarding, drive product retention, and take complete ownership of payment collections and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Success: Onboard new clients, conduct health-check calls, resolve grievances, and drive high account retention.
- Payment Collections: Track outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue payments via phone/email/WhatsApp, and log records in the CRM.
- Account Support: Assist clients with billing queries, feature updates, and contract renewals.

Requirements:

- 13 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Strong spoken/written communication skills with a diplomatic, professional approach to collecting dues.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
