Role & responsibilities

- Support DPNG customer acquisition activities to achieve monthly and annual connection targets.
- Conduct field visits to identify potential residential customers, housing societies, and upcoming developments.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, society activation programs, kiosks, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, builders, RWAs, contractors, and local stakeholders.
- Generate leads, maintain customer records, and support conversion of leads into recent PNG connections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, documentation, and timely installation.
- Address basic customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned teams when required.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and activity trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
