; General Description

- ; Commercial project Manager for LH division.

; YOU RE GOOD AT: Write the details of the core area of expertise required to possess by the candidate.;

- ; Monthly and quarterly preparation of Project related MIS.

- ; Prepration & review of cost budget/Cost to Complete on monthly and Quarterly.

- ; Project cost variations should be reviewed, with root cause analysis conducted and appropriate corrective measures identified.

- ; Identify, present, moniter and follow up of all risk & opportunity related to project & mitigation plan of the project such as BG, Insurance, Forex and Project exposure.

- ; Ensure that all commercial terms are being adhered by both the customer and Andritz

- ; Monitoring preparation of Commercial Invoice based on the milestone achieved.

- ; Review of outstanding receivables on regular basis & follow up with client for timely collection.

- ; Preparation of Project Cash Flow Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and coordinate for timely collection from customer.

- ; Preparation of Claims to customer related to all commercial deviations.



Follow up with Customer s for timely approval.

- ; Support to cross fuction team for Project closure Retention Collection / Reconciliation/ BG retrieval etc.

- ; Knowledge of foreign currency transaction, export / import documentation will be added advantage.

- ; Knowledge of taxation.

- ; The job requires lot of travel to customer meeting & site visit etc.Hence the candidate should be willing to travel.

- ; Coordination with internal & external stakeholders of the project.

; YOU BRING: Experience & Qualifications (Provide information about knowledge required to delve into this role)

- ; Chartered Accountant/ Cost accountant/ B.Tech/ B.E/ MBA -Finance with at least 15 years of experience in Project Controlling and Commercial.

- ; GE, Siemens, ABB, L&T;, Kalpataru, KEC and any other big MNC / Indian company with EPC experience.

; YOU LL WORK WITH: Provide details pertaining to the reporting structure (Direct/Indirect).

; Part of Project team. Work closely with Project Manager / System Engineer, Finance, insurance & taxation on all commercial matters of the Project. He/ she will report to Sr GM- Commercial.
