Responsibilities
Implement and configure Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise environments.
- Deliver end-to-end identity lifecycle management including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes for workforce and customer identities.
- Configure and integrate IAM/IGA platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt, and other access management tools with on-prem and cloud applications.
- Implement access provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification workflows.
- Support CIAM capabilities including authentication, authorization, identity federation, and user profile management.
- Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to onboard applications and align identity controls with security and compliance requirements.
