Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

Responsibilities

- Proposal & Opportunity Shaping: Support response development for complex AMS and transformation opportunities (RFPs, proactive proposals, pitch decks)

- Structure winning narratives by linking client pain points to CIIO-led managed services constructs (value, transition, delivery, continuous improvement)

- Collaborate with partners/directors to shape deal strategy, positioning, and win themes

- Managed Services Solutioning: Define end-to-end managed services operating models covering transition, steady-state delivery, governance, and continuous improvement

- Work with functional, technical, and industry SMEs to develop integrated solutions across SAP,



digital, data, and automation

- Embed innovation levers (AI, automation, analytics) into managed services proposals

- Develop KPIs aligned to business outcomes (better, faster, cheaper) and value realization frameworks

- Cross Functional Solutioning: Work closely with functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, etc.) and technology teams to consolidate inputs into cohesive solutions

- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders to ensure a holistic, integrated proposal response

- Act as a central point for synthesis across workstreams

- Transformation Roadmap & CIIO Enablement: Co-create transformation roadmaps aligned to client priorities across process, technology, and operating model

- Support design and embedding of CIIO constructs including value tracking, continuous improvement pipelines, and governance models

- Translate high-level strategy into phased, executable roadmaps with explicit milestones and benefits

- Storyboarding & Executive Communication: Develop CIO/Board-level storytelling for proposals, roadmaps, and transformation journeys
