- Data analysis and visualization: Perform in-depth analysis using SQL and create visual insights through Power BI. Transform raw data into actionable reporting that drives decisions.

- SOD management and audit readiness: Identify and resolve segregation of duties (SOD) conflicts while maintaining audit-ready documentation and evidence.
- Access governance: Safeguard system access by ensuring RBAC reviews are completed, access records remain current, and governance standards are consistently applied.
- Monitoring and governance: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track data flows, identify anomalies, and strengthen operational oversight.
- Regulatory alignment: Align data management practices with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance standards evolve with changing expectations.
- Agile delivery leadership: Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master while contributing directly to backlog execution and technical delivery activities.
- Sprint management: Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives with technical understanding and operational accountability.

Manage and prioritize PBIs in Azure DevOps, ensuring compliance and data initiatives are refined, tracked, and delivered successfully.
- Risk and blocker management: Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and blockers to sustain delivery velocity and execution quality.
- Scrum Master coverage: Provide continuity and support for backlog management and sprint coordination activities when additional Scrum leadership support is needed.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with compliance, IT, product, and audit teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable compliance data.
- Agile workflow management: Use Azure DevOps to manage tasks, workflows, and agile delivery processes while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
- Strategic execution: Translate compliance strategy into explicit, actionable deliverables that support operational and business objectives.
- Business and compliance alignment: Connect technical data detail to broader compliance strategy and business needs, helping stakeholders understand both operational impact and strategic value.
- Team development and mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members in compliance data management practices, technical standards, and operational expectations.
