Role Description We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Chennai.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs for children with autism and developmental challenges. The role involves improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, daily living skills, and overall functional independence through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities :



Assess children's developmental and sensory needs.

Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans.

Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions.

Improve sensory processing, motor coordination, and daily living skills.

Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports.

Educate and guide parents on home-based therapy strategies.

Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).

Valid registration with the relevant professional council (preferred).

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is an advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
