- Understand and analyze SAP SD Sales Document Flow to trace business transactions from quotation through billing and financial postings.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP FSCM modules based on business needs.
- Design and implement Claims Management processes for customer deductions, chargebacks, disputes, and claim settlements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Claims Management and financial processes.
