Job Responsibilities

- Recruit US-based IT and Non-IT professionals for our US-based clients.
- Search for resumes on job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Monster.
- Match candidate resumes with job descriptions.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct phone and email screenings of candidates (US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H-1B visa holders).
- Assess candidate interest and availability, negotiate salary expectations, and coordinate technical interviews.

Non-Voice Positions:



We also have non-voice positions where your primary responsibility is sourcing resumes online. No phone calls are required. This role is ideal for candidates who are solid in online research and are more comfortable with research-based work than verbal communication.
